Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Belle Trouvé ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our iOS application and website at belletrouve.com.
Belle Trouvé does not require you to create an account or sign in. On first launch, the app generates an anonymous device identifier used only to sync your saved items and collections across app sessions on the same device. On the website, a similar anonymous identifier is stored in your browser for the same purpose. We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number through the app itself.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Studio's features use Google Gemini AI through secure Google Cloud Functions. They run only when you use them.
Photos, messages, and saved-item lists sent to these features are used only to produce your result. Belle Trouvé does not store them. Google may temporarily cache request data, encrypted and for no more than 24 hours, to process requests efficiently; it is never used to train Google's AI models.
Because Belle Trouvé does not use a personal account system, deleting and reinstalling the app, or clearing this site's data in your browser, will clear your saved items and collections. You may also request deletion of any data associated with your anonymous identifier by contacting us at chporter72@belletrouve.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Belle Trouvé is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at chporter72@belletrouve.com to exercise these rights.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
