Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Belle Trouvé ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our iOS application and website at belletrouve.com.
Belle Trouvé does not require you to create an account or sign in. On first launch, the app generates an anonymous device identifier used only to sync your saved items and collections across app sessions on the same device. We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number through the app itself.

The Virtual Try-On feature lets you select a photo from your device's photo library to see how a product might look on you. To generate the result, your selected photo and the product image are sent to a secure Google Cloud Function, which uses Google Gemini AI to produce a composited image. The photo is used solely to generate the try-on result and is not stored or retained by Belle Trouvé or Google after processing. No live camera feed is used by this feature.
Because Belle Trouvé does not use a personal account system, deleting and reinstalling the app will clear your saved items and collections. You may also request deletion of any data associated with your anonymous identifier by contacting us at chporter72@belletrouve.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Belle Trouvé is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at chporter72@belletrouve.com to exercise these rights.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
